Community Affairs

The neighborhood elects a Board of Directors which is responsible for managing the affairs of the Association, especially the operation and upkeep of all shared community assets, which includes roads, water and sewer, landscaping, swimming pool, and tennis/pickleball court. Directors serve staggered three year terms with one or two new directors elected each year. This turnover helps ensure that the Board reflects the needs of the entire community.

The Board employs Community Management Associates, Inc. to handle dues collection, accounting, maintenance, and enforcement of the Association’s covenants and rules. The community manager is:
