Homeowner Directory
Every household should have a homeowner directory. The directories belong to the HOA, not to the individual homeowner, and should remain with the home if it is sold. Additional directories can be purchased for $50.00.
Don’t forget basic safety precautions
We all need to remember basic safety precautions: 1) If you have an alarm system, use it. 2) Keep your doors locked and don’t open them to people you don’t recognize unless they have proper identification.
