The “Homeowners Only” section of the Courtyards of Vinings(COV) web-site is intended solely for those who currently own homes in this community.    Making this information available to non-homeowners, whether they are private individuals or representatives of commercial endeavors is strictly prohibited.  Additionally, dissemination of the information on this web-site to any person or entity to be for any commercial purposes whatsoever is strictly prohibited.

Under no circumstances will the COV board of directors sell, rent, exchange or release to third parties any personal-identifying information homeowners submit via either the web-site or e-mail to the board.  It is important to note, however, that whenever an individual visits any e-mail address and/or any web-site, that visit becomes part of the e-mail history and/or the visit history of the person/entity addressed and the confidentiality of that visit and privacy of that visitor cannot be guaranteed.
